God Says Arise

Acts 9:41-42

40  But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed, and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise.  And she opened her eyes and when she saw Peter, she sat up.  41.  And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive.  42.  and it was known throughout all Joppa, and many believed in the Lord.

They say that promises are a comfort to a fool.  But I ask you, what happens when your entire life becomes unraveled and rearranged.  And then it happens, you wake up and realize, God has awakened you for something greater than yourself.  He has redeemed you and called you by name!

As I read the above scripture I came to understand how blessed Tabitha was in awakening, how blessed her family was and yet...

I am sure people talked about the lost of the family, talked about how she was so young to have died, perhaps why she died.  And yet, there were many that would witness what transpired in her life and many more would hear of it, giving them faith that things precious and of value to us we think are dead have the possibility of resurrecting with greatness from love.  More importantly is how precious we are to Adoni.

I encourage you all today, don't give up on your vision, dreams and hopes.  Father’s love will resurrect them.  Even as Tabitha was awakened with an appetite; Father shall awaken you, see that you are fed, your needs met.

And when many have given up on you, taken you and your dreams for dead, know that all it takes is one word from the Lord.  He loves you and every promise He has made you He shall fulfill while others watch in astonishment!

Death is always the pre-requesite prior to a resurrection!  Remember that!

Remember, command your day!
