God Made Me A Woman

I have no apologies for whom or what I am; I have no regrets for the journey I have taken Clothed in integrity and virtue; for tenacity has kept me and has adorned me with its wisdom God made me a woman, this is not synonymous with weakness for I am Loving, forgiving and tender, At times I have had to walk alone and stand; for yes, God made me a woman

My feet have journeyed roads less taken, these are the steps of my future, they have shaped me and Life’s pruning has been bitter at times, but my end results are sweeter than honeycombs God has clothed me with attributes which have been dormant and awakened from the storms of life For my virtue is not for sale, and my integrity is a rare commodity

Yes my words are powerful, capable of giving life as well as death, but wisdom has cried aloud and vigorously, and unyieldingly qualified me, Completed me for the journeys of life that only a woman of God can walk

Let me remind you that I have no apologies for whom or what I am; I have no regrets for the journey I have taken; I am Clothed in integrity and virtue; for tenacity has kept me and has adorned me with its wisdom God made me a woman, this is not synonymous with weakness for I am Loving, forgiving and tender, At times I have had to walk alone and stand; for yes God made me a woman

My eyes have seen life head on; while others only perceive through their eyes; like spectators on the sidelines  No, this is not me boasting, this is me; a realist about what life has done and what a woman will envision and believe she can yield.

So catch a glimpse of a woman’s strength. my arms are equipped to hold onto her dreams in the mist of life’s greatest turmoil’s;never doubting, always hoping, believing there is more to life than just what I can see before me.

Strengthening my arms to reach for greater heights, embracing my dreams and being accountable for my mistakes My hands will grasp onto each and every opportunity afforded; and will create them when necessary; not allowing the closed doors to hinder me from opening a window and climbing through;

Exerting and exhibiting strength in the face of defeat, courageous, fearless, and Strong You see my breast have nurtured and suckled many dreams; Some which have come into fruition while others died of starvation; and within my womb; I carry life’s greatest mysteries and my embryo is at full term. I have labored and will ultimately give birth to every dream and aspiration that life has tried to abort and it will happen because ultimately I have no apologies for whom or what I am;

I have no regrets for the journey I have had to take I am clothed in integrity and virtue; for tenacity has kept me and has adorned me with its wisdom God made me a woman, this is not synonymous with weakness for I am Loving, forgiving and tender, Able to walk alone and stand; for yes God made me a woman.
