Habakkuk 2:3
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

When God makes you a promise you become overjoyed and waiting is not on the list of things that you think is part of the process. God has perfect timing, and even though you know that He is faithful to His word, it is ultimately His timing! As I was in prayer, I was in tears as God continued to show me a plane hovering. I had no idea why I was seeing a plane, but then a small voice said “hover”.

Well, I began to pray even more. You see, I desire and hunger to hear the voice of God. Now the more I searched for an answer, the more frustrated I became. It was not until I laid down for the evening that God began to minister to me. And what He said was this.

Never doubt or fear, for the promises are true and they shall be fulfilled, but for now, you are like the plane that is hovering. Just as a pilot receives direction from the air-traffic controller, I am telling you that this is a season that you are to hover.

You must trust me knowing that I have placed enough within you to hover just as a plane has enough fuel to hover. You see my child, if you land now, it could be detrimental to you and could cause fatalities. I am making sure that when you reach your destination, you shall be ready.  There will be those that are ready to receive you, and what you have been carrying all these years.

Understand that the runway must be clear before you land and reach the destination I have for you. So for now, just hover as I sustain you.  When the runway is clear, I will direct youa nd you shall land, reaching a great destination I have for you.

So for those of you that feel that you are just hovering, trust the heart of God. He is your air-traffic controller.  He will see to it that you land safely. He has given you, and placed within you, what you need to keep you in the air. Allow Him to sustain you like no one else can. As I await my time for fulfillment, like David I will sing and remind Him of who He is and what He has said to me.

So I share this, that it encourage you to be patient.  Know that God is sustaining you until He allows you to reach the next destination designed for you.

The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him. Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord! Yes Lord, many ask, for what do I wait? And I answer that my hope is in you. I will thank you forever, because you have done it. I will wait for your name, for it is good, in the presence of the godly. May integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for You. I shall be patient until You come oh Lord. Just as the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains. Yes Lord, my hope is in You. At times I have been weary with my crying out; my throat was parched. My eyes grew dim with waiting for you my God. Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long. My soul waits for You Lord more than watchmen for the morning, more than watchmen for the morning.

Your eyes oh Lord are toward the righteous and Your ears toward their cry. You are my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be greatly shaken. You will instruct me and teach me in the way I should go. You counsel you with Your eye upon me. So that I am not lacking in any spiritual gift, as I wait for the revealing of our Lord Jesus Christ, You opened your hand; you satisfied the desire of every living thing. And now, I wait for You oh Lord, my soul waits, and in Your word I hope. For You alone, O my soul now waits in silence… My hope is from You!

Have a blessed evening everyone!

Shalom Yedda Dim
